change from chrome to Firefox and Edge

We have a web app which works perfectly on Google Chrome but has some glitches on Firefox and Microsoft Edge. The front end of the app is written with php and css. Need to find a freelancer who knows very well between the difference between Chrome, Edge, and Firefox and can quickly figure out the problem. The freelancer is expected to work no more than 10 hours per week.
