the system has 2 parts

1 part is web application with dashboard for sponsors and the system administrator.

1 part is mobile application for ordinary users.

Need to meet the programmer in Kuala Lumpur Malaysia to brief in detail for him/her to develop the system.

Please do not bid if you cannot meet in Kuala Lumpur Mid Valley.

A bit more information as below....

Part 1 - Android+iOS application (Appitute test software)
-> System is targeted to students age below 18 to use
-> System conduct a series of preset questionnaire , user answer, data gathered to generate some finding (with advertisements from Part 2)
-> system keep record and allow user to see a summarized data
-> user can find friends and meet new friends of same interest via facebook or twitter

Part 2 - Web application (Admin, Sponsor and Appitute Test)
A - same as Android Application (for users who does not have suitable smart phones)
B - Sponsor login
-> Sponsor can buy credits
-> Sponsor use credits to advertise (2 advertisement models)
-> Sponsor setup own advertisement parameters
-> Advertisement will appear in Android application
C - Admin Login
-> Change system parameters
-> Register Sponsor
-> See revenue
-> set credits
