Hi, I'm very interested to hear more about this project. I have a team of analysts, project managers, developers and designers who are work on media and streaming platforms. To give you an idea of the sort of scope we can undertake, our engineers have worked on a variety of projects: enterprise ecommerce sites, mobile apps, IoT solutions, Fintech/blockchain applications including platforms which are in use with banks, and some entertainment sites not too disimilar to what you have described. I have submitted a bid, but of course this is just a a very approximate estimate to be considered for the job. Once I have the full project requirements and specification (which I can also help with if needed) I can put together a much more detailed proposal with time estimates/cost or a fixed cost proposal. There is I think the need to really break this down in to phases, launching or working with MVP for example will allow you to launch quicker, and break down the project in to chunks which will decrease project scope. There are obvious ways of doing this, we have to build admin interface, web app, adroid app, iOS app and can look at the features set etc. The first 2 sites will be very similar in feature sets, so the recommendations is to work on a core platform and core features, perhaps using common microservices, which can be be used across both sites with some teaks and different designs and templates.
