Build a local Android App

For a game we need two version of an Android app, and would like to develop some features on it after. The app should be like this : We open the app, a screen appears with some objects on it (table background with objects image on the table). When you click on an image, another screen with text and an input field. When the input field is filled, and the validation button is pressed, it gives an error message when the answer is wrong, and a success message when the answer is correct. After a correct answer, the object fades out the table. When all objects have disappeared, a congrats message appears. That's it. We also need a "secret" way of being able to reset it, at anytime (something that users will not be able to do, like a secret move with a reset code). That's for the main app. The second app is EXACTLY the same, without the validation button, which means the objects will not fade or so, it's more like an information app. We will need a well organized project so if needed we can open it (in Unity if you develop it with) and change text if needed. For the V2.0 (I already put here the evolution requirements if needed for the V1) : A Master Android device that will be able to create a hotspot. All other Android devices will connect to that device. Then de Master device can monitor how far each team is, and can start and stop a timer, that will be displayed on all the other devices. I know this V2 requires a lot more development as we talk about network features. That's why we only need the first version for now !
