1. I want to convert a test which i would like to conduct and it should do the following fill the page 1 without which the candidate cannot go to page 2. This page contains the basic information like name, date of birth, email address , sex, organisation and position in the orgy. This data should reside in a master file to be created by you Page 2 has one column in which the candidate has to fill in only caps 'Y' or Caps 'N', no other letter should be accepted. 2. It should send out an email to the candidates(s) automatically. This data (name and email address of the candidate ) will be filled in a form by the admin. At this point the admin should be able to decide whether the results should be sent to the candidate. Default should be off. This data will also be in the same master file above. Multiple times test, for can be sent to the same candidate 3. Once the candidate has answered all the questions, he will get a submit button. (He can edit his answers ) it should automatically calculate the result and prepare a report on the basis of the scores. Standard templates and word files will be used to do the same. The results are calculated in rows 182 to 204 in sheet 1. The results are displayed in sheet 2. 4. The questionnaire should be emailed to the candidate in a PDF tillable form 5. The results will be automatically collated in the unique file name generated at the time of sending the request to fill the form. Both the excel and the pdf 6. file will get stored in the same folder 7. Ensure data accuracy and program is bug free.
