Build me a feedback function on an existing Joomla Class component

Prototype is here: [login to view URL] I have already a class component where I can create lesson list from backend of Joomla, and teacher and students can see their classes from frontend. NOW I need to add a feedback function to it, simply teacher writes feedback to students from class list, and student can see from feedback page with these written comments and 3 criteria scores (pronunciation, interaction and speaking) in a timeline manner. And that's it. Current I don't need an UI polish but a function. And preferably done in a quick fashion like few days since it's not so complicated. I would like to hire someone who's experienced in Joomla component development, since the site as well as the existing class com is done with Joomla.
