Build a Custom Western Union Payment Plugin for Woocommerce

We need someone to build a Custom Western Union Payment Plugin for Woocommerce. The plugin should have the following settings: Enable/Disable: {checkbox} Order Status: {pending payment} Payment Method Title: {text field} Payment Method Image: {image File} Payment Method Description: {long text field} Payment Method Instructions: {long text field} - We should send a confirmation email which will include to what receiver name to send the money to and how much, the order's total. Receiver Names List: {upload or add the list name with receivers} Receiver Names Selection Method: {Radio Options: In Order, Random} Receiver Name pending days: {no of days} - if the order isn't confirmed within x days with the Confirmation Number Label field bellow when it goes to cancelled status and the receiver name is reused for another order. Confirmation Number Label: {text field} - i.e. Reference Number, MTCN Number, etc IMPORTANT: Depending on the Name Selection Method from above we will need to keep track of which name in the list we are on so that we can use the next name for the next order. We should use only 1 receiver name for 1 order. If the order won't be confirmed with a confirmation number label within X days when the name should be reused for another order. Lastly, in the order details we will need to have a form with the following fields: - Sender's Name (Your Name) * - Country where it was wired from (Your Country) * - The Money Transfer Control Number (MTCN/Reference) * - Exact Amount Wired (Without Fee) * Once the info have been entered the customer will click a "Submit Payment Info" button which will email the admin and change the order to a specific status. i.e. "Payment Sent" Please let me know if you have any additional questions.
