Build a bitcoin / altcoin HYIP site

I am looking for someone who preferably has had previous knowledge in creating HYIP scripts and can create [login to view URL] or bitpetite.

Payment options in the site would be Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin and Neo

Will be happy with either a PHP standalone script or a Wordpress Plugin that would automate the payout process.
