API/SMS service needs to have the following criteria:
1) It should allow for sender ID to be changed at any time
2) It should allow to message any destination number
3) It should have an extremely simple to use user interface
4) It should allow multiple access from different locations at the same time
5) It should use a foreign API which is not related to UK at all but still allows to send messages to UK numbers
6) the domain and server costs will be included in project price which developer will have responsibility of setting up
