blockchain-based platform for contract financing and escrow services

We are interested to build a blockchain-based platform for contract financing and escrow services. It would need to setup a crowdfunding portal. It will need to enable listing the contracts for financing and enabling capital raising to finance the contracts) It will need a trading module (acting as secondary market). The platform would also need to support various financial assets to be listed. It will allow tokenizing the units/shares for many people to partially finance a contract on our platform. The tokenization will be used purely for the purposes of financing the contracts on our platform. The tokens to be used to enable trading and external use to third party platforms. At a practical level, the users to: upload a contract financiers to review contract, and sign agreement with the contract owners contract issuers/buyers, to sign up, and accept to pay money to an escrow account money to be released as soon as contract is executed, or as per terms of contract.
