Android IPTV player

I need someone to create an IPTV player for android devices. It should work on phones, tablets, android boxes and android TVs. It is crucial that the app is well optimized for android boxes and for operation with a remote control. Here is what the app should look like and the functions it should have: When installed, the opening page should contain my logo, and the username and password fields. The app should by default have the link to my server, which is invisible to users. When a user types in the username and password, this information should be automatically inserted in the designated place in the link, and the app should automatically open that link to open the TV channels from my server.
