amusement pos system

i will tell you first how's my business work i sale prepaid cards for my amusement part all my customer if he want to use and rides inside amusement he need to swipe the card and cost of the rides will deduct on his card. 1. i need front end and back end 2. user account for sales person, backend account and admin account 3. i need POS system for reloading card with VAT system 4. I need system for card checking how much balance inside the cards 5. I need system for card swipe if the customer he want to use rides (im able to add more rides in system) 6. multiple cashier 7. reports with date filter * Daily sales report * Detail Sales report * Summary Report * Vat Report For card report card no. filter and date filter card report - history of cards the system should support arabic and english please provide me any design how you will make the POS and please dont ask me for the budget just provide time and cost my budget is lower if you are not arabic
