All-Import to be partially rebuilt in PHP

--- FOR PHP PROGRAMMERS ONLY --- In All-Import wordpress plugin I need a rebuilt fot the point 1 and PHP code for point 2 and 3: 1. I have to filter by price (only lower than a certain price) Woocommerce products. In second step of the plugin you have the chance to use this filter. Unfortunately it doesnt't work for me because in my country we use comma as decimal separator instead of period. I need a programmer that edit this plugin in way it will be able to recognize, in step 2 of the import, prices with comma separator, so that in this way it will be able to filter the product by price. As all my prices are with comma, you can discard the period as a decimal separator for a easier procedure. 2. A - In third step of All-Import plugin users have the chance to add PHP functions to be recalled in entry fields. I need a function that extract from the products 'long description' the inches. So you have to extract the substring between a space and " (double quotes means inches as we know). B - You will see some integer inches like 15" but also inches with decimal like 5.15". You have to delete the decimal part when it occurs, thus you have to extract substring between space and period, or delete the part of the string between period and 'double quote'. The function should return the value of the integer inch, e.g.= 44. I will use it as a product attribute. If the 'long description' field contains more than one inch measures you have to catch only the first one. e.g. 1 = TV Samsung 44" LCD 12" mini-hd, you have to extract 12. e.g. 2 = iPhone 7s plus 4.15" you have to extract only 4. D. It has to be invoked with an object to be inserted in inch attribute field, like that: [extrInch({long_description]}) 3. A. I need also a second function that extract gigabytes from long description field. So you have to extract only numbers between a [space] and: GB+[space] -or- Gb+[space] -or- [space]+GB+[space] -or- [space]+GB+[space]. It should return for example 128. It should extract only the first Gb reccurence per entry. B. For terabytes extract only numbers between a [space] and: TB+[space] -or- Tb+[space] -or- [space]+TB+[space] -or- [space]+TB+[space]. It should return for example 10. Then multiply the return value * 1000. It should extra only the first Tb reccurence per entry. C. Create a new function that merges the returned valued of the GB and TB functions. If there are more values let only the first one, e.g. 128 10000 then let 128 only. D.
