Need graphics guru to finish ''template'' (only start page done). Needs illustration pro who can implement the design.

Hello, we have a few projects for a graphic artist, designer and coder team rolled into one project. I. We have a done logo, which you will receive in PSD format, but need it redone completely. Reuse, rearrange and turn it into something that would get praise on deviantart. Maybe show me a sample of your work to convince me you're the right person. Read this and when you get a feel for what I want, basically blue/glass/black/white/clear/corporate/lighting/3D and effects for logo and illustrations on the done page show me an example of something that works for me. Everything needs to have the corporate look. If you are not a real good typography artist and see-through, glass and lighting, sharp and readable on black and white background in small size is very hard to do. Don't underestimate this. 2. We are looking for someone to make inspirational, professional large glass buttons that turn the empty sidebar into clickable stlyish objects in addition to the dull links for them already existent. You have a lot of room to fill there, so the objects can be 100 times 100 px probably. Supply us with vector graphics for logo and buttons. Part 2: Put them in the complete 1 page PSD design and implement the design into the site. That means you need to expand it to cover the other pages. This should be easy enough. You need to maybe create a field here or there, but this will be a piece of cake. I want you to work with somone or be able to implement the created stuff into the sofware yourself. It's the newest version of the Ktools photostore. It's all html/CSS stuff, but everything frontend and backend needs to work when you're done. This project probably involves installation of plugins from ktools and cool iris from piclens. All the rights to the work stay with us only and you can't give the design to anybody. That's it. ## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables):

a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
