Mortgage data is collected on a website and stored in a MySQL database using FormTools (see [login to view URL]). I need a script to permit the download of this data into the Fannie Mae standard format (FNM 3.2) for import into Loan Origination Systems.
The proper way this will be implemented will be as follows:
Currently when logged in to Form Tools, one can download the data in an Excel xls file. This is executed in a php file. I would like to add a button to this page that allows the downloading of checked file(s) as a FNM file. If more than one is checked/selected, the script should download each file seperately.
Another option would be to add a page in which the user that is logged in to FormTools can select which file they want to export/download into the FNM 3.2 file format.
To be considered, you must have successful experience in creating and generating FNM files. I do not have this experience or undertsanding, so you must be able to do this without my direct involvment.
As per the posted Project Guidelines, a functional and completed demo hosted on your server will be requested.
