We are looking for somone who can create a professional looking home page for our new website. It needs to be **attractive, professional, clean, easy navigation and a WOW factor..
**This is the next big thing for our company and we have some tuff competition that has been around for quite some time. We need a wow website/homepage look and feel. I have started something but I'm looking for a professional to take over and give their own ideas and look and feel. One thing is the tabs up top we are going to have a lot of tabs because of easy navigation. This site is a heavy truck and trailer auction so we will be having what we call featured auctions and then there will also be auctions in the background that the users will put up themselves and there will also be a listing service. But we want to be different and be the one stop shop for truckers and that's why you see all the tabs and will add as many as possible.

Attached are three different ideas we came up with.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
