We need a wordpress site and setup from PSD templates delivered by us.
We need a very professional functional WP theme and CMS created from our PSD. The website is a real estate/estate agents website NOT just a blog and will utilise WP ability as a full CMS
Summary of main points
1. Main website will need to 2/3 x WP template for main pages, The web site's blog pages will have small additonal design changes. So overall you will probably need approx 5/6 WP template pages
2. Some 'shortcode' creating for various styling and contact forms etc
3. Image gallery page with easy upload of pictures.
4. Video page implementing 3rd party javascript.
5. Integration with a 3rd parties iFrame to display properties
6. Integration with Aweber newsletter code and web contact forms. Aweber have a guide.
7. Breadcrumb link in top.
8. We have a rough sketch we can show you with basic layout of main pages
9. 2 x main menu with drop down and 3 levels.
10. 1 x submenu system
11. 2x footer menu sections
12. Breadcrumb navagation.
12. Widget ready sidebars
13. Image slider to be placed in header, we will supply images, you will implement
14. Site MUST follow w3c standards for html and css and be fully compliant once complete.
15. Must be search engine friendly and all relvant h1, h2, title, alt tags etc used appropriately.
16. Use of 301 redirects from old pages to new.
17. After development the site must be installed on our server, tested and bugs removed.
We need easy, efficient communication from you. If are skillfull you can expect to get more similar work from us.
We only want interested parties who have good experience of using wordpress as FULL CMS and has the time to focus on our project. For the right person it should be quite straight forward though we do require very good, clean coding.
We will give clear instructions and will be on hand to clarify and queries quickly.
