Wordpress Plugin Specialist Needed - Business Directory

We want to create a wordpress plugin that will act as a business directory for our site. In the backend, the editor, should be able to enter data into a form, and that will populate the directory. The form shall have the following fields. Category Selection (the editor can create new categories or use one they made earlier) Tags (the user can add tags which will help with searching) Business Name Business URL Business Description Business Email Business PHone Number Allow 3 images to be uploaded per business entry Once the editor puts in the entry, he can either view all his entries, edit his entries, or delete entries similar to this Entry 1 - Business Name - Edit -Delete Entry 2 - Business Name - Edit -Delete etc etc When you go to the Directory page, you can either search by keyword (which will do a LIKE query vs the category, description, and tag fields), search by category (populated by the categories in the admin panel), but the default layout is alphabetically. When you click on a business, you go to their business page, and it shows the information as seen on the spec image. The images should all be formatted or cropped to be the same size. You can then navigate to the next business, previous business, or see releated businesss (this can be geneated by category) Users should be able to rate (1 star bad, 5 stars best) and comment on each business. The rating stars will be under the business name, the comments will be after the related business section. ## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
