CT-ADE IVR program assistance

I currently have most of the functionality of an IVR program developed using CT-ADE Graphical VOS. I am new to this, and may very well run out of time. So, I might need to pass this off to someone to finish! Caller calls in to a Dialogic JCT12-LS. Brief operational description. The enter a 5 digit product code. They then hear options (pre-recorded VOX/WAV file) to press 1 to hear summary about the product, 2 to receive a fax back summary sheet on the product, 3 to be emailed an info sheet on the product (I haven't figured out if this can be done, or how to handle this,I understand that voice recognition is difficult for individual letters/numbers of an email addreess) Press 4 to be connected to receptionist. The first 2 digits of the code (or the number it came in on) will tell me whether the caller saw the advertisement on a sign, in a newspaper, or magazine. Maybe even which publiocation. I will need to record into remote webserver MySQL Database that the call was received on that product, time, date, duration, options the caller selected. The IVR retrieves its product description which callers hear (wav/vox file) from database, whether local or remote, again I haven't decided. The IVR server is a local machine (here in my office). Teh Webserver is remote. Our website, hosted on the remote server, has a webpage which dynamically graphically displays all call statistics to our internal department (how many calls, where they came from, when tehy came in). So I need to finish program and tie it all together. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
