Hello I'm the developer of CSV 2 POST and Easy CSV Importer which you can Google. I plan to create other importers also but these two have been selling for years now. I work with large .csv files. Created a site with 1 million books once. My plugins have an approach different to most, possibly all. Where data is imported to a database table before doing anything with it. I would need to know more about what your plans are with the solution you seek. If you plan to re-sell it then I couldn't adapt CSV 2 POST or Easy CSV Importer. These plugins have been backed by thousands of dollars over the last four years and adapting them would easily be discovered by stakeholders. I'm interested in offering to do this for around $150-$180 if your happy for me to create my own version. I would add a couple of extra features, some settings, change some of the layout. That way we both end up with what we need and you could even use my version of it that comes later. Plenty to think about. I'm just unzipping the .csv file now to confirm the data is sound. One last thing. You may want to display a few specifications. There are new post formats in the latest version of Wordpress. I assume you want them used? Also which values of data need to be in meta/custom fields and which will be fine in content only? Regards Ryan Bayne
