Require experienced graphic, web designer and web programmer

Firstly, we require a native english speaker with very good communication skills, very quick to reply to requests, able to work and communicate according to US Eastern-Time work schedule and an ability to meet tight deadlines. What we need is the following: * A logo and corporate identity created * A website made up meeting the following specifications: - Obviously, looks and easily matches coporate identity and logo (We require a very professional look /feel) - Full affiliate capabilities (both through people who sign up on our website and to track external affiliates such as clickbank, etc.) - Secure Member area - Secure shopping cart system with easy integration of new products / affiliate comissions as described above. Now, to go into more detail about the website, here is our vision: ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- What we want to be able to do - aside from us having our own site and offering the general public the ability to market our products / seminar and earn affiliate commissions – is, even more importantly, that each person who joins our site as a member will immediately have their own "copy" of a website we create for our members with their details and allowable changes placed in it. (their web address would be, for example, [login to view URL]) For example, if you check out some of the Multi-Level-Marketing organizations out there such as Avon or Mary Kay, you will see that each new representative they get, gets their own domain name (For example, check out the site: [login to view URL]). I want to be able to do the same with our members. Basically, the moment we enroll them as members of our site, they can go to their member page on our site and fill in their details, post up a picture of themselves, customize their chosen color-scheme, perhaps choose form a few possible template options, etc and they get a domain along the lines of [login to view URL] with their details and modification integrated into their site. Now, what I expect this to do, much like the Avon site I referenced above, is that we can control the content on all member's sites, they simply have their contact details, content placement options and chosen color schemes integrated into their personal site (and the ability that for a pop-up / additional landing page to match any advertisements they may have placed to get the lead to reach the site in the first place). This structure will therefore allow us to control the site content, products for sale, shopping cart, etc, they can simply modify their site to put in their details etc and have something up and running within just a few minutes of registering. I KNOW THIS ALREADY EXISTS, we're not lookng for you to re-create the wheel here, we just need you to make it work the way we want! ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Our budget is very limited (around $500) and we have had MANY bad experiences with freelancers form this site, so we will only consider proposals from freelancers who have fully read this ad and let us know EXACTLY how they envision this project reaching completion and give us examples of previous work.
