320474 Misc. Website Help & Tweaks

Here are the things that I need help getting fixed with... 1) Install a JPEG Header onto my [login to view URL] wordpress theme blog website also want to make a few organizational tweaks and add a few extra jpeg pics on the side bars...very minimal (header and jpegs are completed). Also want to have a submission form installed onto the blog to start building my list. 2) Fix the submission form on one of my new splash pages. Everything is setup good here just need to make sure it is submitting correctly to the right email. 3) Add Social Networking, "Add Us on Twitter, Add use on Facebook, etc..." Icons on 2 Wordpress Blog webpages (I want to have the clickable icons to light up when the mouse gets dragged over it 4) Add a scrolling "ticker tape" like found here [login to view URL] in place of this ticker tape on my blog TradingKings.com...I will let the winning bidder know what needs to be put in the tape 5) Also want to copy over the "S&P 500 Today" application/chart onto my [login to view URL] blog can be seen here ([login to view URL]) ---> home page, also want to add the "U.S. Markets Closed" feature onto my blog as well to be in green when markets are open and red when closed 6) Make minor changes to a flash header banner template (change text and add a few pictures) 7) Want to add a custom scrolling ticker tape on the [login to view URL] blog under the header with a catchy phrase..Also want to see if I would be able to change this wording later on if needed.
