Maintain and make changes to my current PHP website

I need someone who knows PHP to make adjustments to my website. Please place a $250 bid and send me a message with your experience and links to websites you have developed. I will send our URL to those that qualify. You can then evaluate it and make changes to your bid as necessary. 1. Our website has support videos, but these are not in categories. I'd like to add categories to make it easier to navigate to the correct videos. 2. On each product page, there is open space on the left and right at the bottom. On the left, under the “Product Categories” list, I’d like to explore the option of putting images with text underneath them. I would like to have a title area below the Product List and then 5 images down the left side with text under each one. I’d like to be able to click the image and have a different, larger image pop out in the same way that the product images pop out now (with a text area below it if possible). The difference is that the image that pops out is different than the image you clicked. The pop out image is the answer to the question that the original image asks. I would like to be able to change the text and images on my own. Can this be done? 3. The top image below the categories will not have a linked image when you click on it, but a pop up window to guess what you think it may be. The form will ask for First Name, Last Name, City, State, Email Address, and School District along with an area where they can comment or guess what they think the image is. These comments (guesses) will be reviewed and then posted below the image. 4. On the right side of each product page, I’d like to have an area where we can add text. Nothing fancy, just an area to put customer testimonials. I want to be able to change this on my own. I’d like this same text area on the home page and product category pages as well. 5. Change “Follow us on Facebook” to “Like us on Facebook” 6. The site uses flash which doesn't appear on iOS devices. I'd like to change the flash applications to something that will run on iOS. 7. Our current checkout system uses paypal. I'd like to change this to something else, but have not made the decision about which way to go yet.
