Hi, Please reply for this bid with the word <BidMe>. This is not a complex job ... quite straight forward. Budget is UP to $1000.00 ONLY. 1. Must be able to add multiple Client profiles by subdomain or directory e.g. [login to view URL] , [login to view URL] using a simple super user panel. a. Able to limit how much web drive space can be used by per profile & number of users allowed per profile. b. Must be able to have a super user panel to add, delete, modify clients profile(s). There must be a “root” user that have the same permission level as “super user”. c. Under each client profile there will be an admin user that can manage their internal settings; change background colours, managing of users (add, modify & delete). d. Users’ Forget / lost password can be email/retrieved. Only Super User can reset Client profile Admin account password. 2. Under each Client Profile: a. System can maintain a database of companies that do business with. b. Detailed account data, enabling to maintain a key accounts, updates, information, communication. c. Provision to hold the account responsibility for 2 main users. d. Message tracker that keeps a list of notes, records, files for every company and contact e. Track sales stage history with relevant information to update stage on the sales process from start to close to downgrade sales opportunities. f. It also maintain Contacts (people from these companies or individuals). g. Basic reporting like Sales Revenue, Top Salesman, Active Companies, New Companies Added, Current Opportunities, Closed Opportunities, Pending or Dead Opportunities etc. Output on screen in pie charts/tabular or printout or download in adobe pdf formats. Technology: 1. Must support all major browsers IE, Firefox, Opera, Safari. 32/64 bit. Must conform to [login to view URL] standards. 2. Must support http or https 3. Can either run in Windows Server/IIS/SQL/MySQL or Linux/PHP/MySQL. Must comply to our server information and versions/editions and not your own concepts/technologies. 4. Support Online hosted or as a standalone local area network (LAN) option. 5. Web application is very simple Web 2.0 format but must be presentable with some nice graphics. Information & Deliverables: 1. Looking at a turnaround of 30 days (max 1 month on full delivery) upon going live. Will not accept delays or poor communications. If you are at fault for not able to deliver the product in a timely and professional fashion, then a poor feedback and compensation WILL BE expected. 2. Project is simple but you are putting in a junior programmer who cannot communicate or has poor understanding in English, then I need to know early or that person must change. 3. This project is for a web application and design company with experience in delivering simple good designed application. Individuals will be considered subject to their experience and UI designing skills. 4. If there is a need for graphics I’ll request that you need to deliver that too. 5. Full system, proper coding documentation, how to backup/migrate/restore website/database and system setup on hosting or LAN site. 6. Payment 50% upon order, 20% upon full working version (no bugs) and proper UAT breakdown from you & acceptance from me, 20% upon full documentation and setup on my server (hosted or remote setup to my local server), final 10% 30 days after GO LIVE. All payment will go into escrow just before each milestone is achieved and only then it'll be released. 7. No other hidden fees or charges will be accepted or entertained. 8. Need 2 months support from you from date of GO LIVE for any issues or problems faced. If we face bugs or system issues, then you'll have to rectify it with 3 working days. 9. There may be opportunity for maintenance contract, if the price is correct and how your project management and email/chat response during the development period. So do a good job! 10. Pls provide me a quotation on this. If you can't do it or accept my terms then, DON'T BID! If you can do it, that means you accept my terms.
