Work Scope Our Company is a pioneering business solutions company that partners with global corporations and our solutions through a global delivery model that helps our clients enhance revenues, profitability, and customer service. A new website has to be developed using Web 2.0 methodologies, hosted and maintained. With the following features should made available. There will be approximately 10 to 15 Pages. Most content will be supplied from COMPANY internal sources. All modifiable page content will be stored in a site Database and will be updated via interfaces provided. Also target content files like “pdf” are to be stored to the database. Most Site content shall be provided by COMPANY. Content shall be provided in templates (Templates attached). Existing site content needs to be reviewed for migration to the new website. Content shall be provided in a standard format. Vendor could advise us on the best ways to showcase it. A Non-linear design framework needs to be adopted.  The website should reflect COMPANY’ current portfolio of offerings upfront at the highest level.  Website should be designed in such a way that add, delete, change as required can be performed with minimal effort.  Include cross-sell touch points to provide easy navigation between Services and Industries.  Use of real estate should be optimized to minimize wastage of space. Scrolling should also be limited to pages that absolutely need.  Web pages shall be part CMS and part HTML.  A Content Management System should be implemented or a third party product should be provided to create and manage content as required.  Vendor has to provide training on how to maintain and manage the site and the content through CMS.  Website should promote Internet marketing that seeks to increase the Websites visibility in search engine result pages through the use of search engine optimization, paid placement, contextual advertising, and paid inclusion.
