Client Update Website

Hello, I am looking for someone to create a website based on the attached document. I have only created this as a guide and the finished product should look simple yet sleek and professional, and tie into our web page at www.trackfinancial.com.au. Our business assists clients with purchasing property, insurance and superannuation and so we need to be able to keep them up to date throughout the process using this website. The website is designed so that when we receive a new client, our admin users will add the new client into the system and set them up with their own username and password (slide 3). The admin person will then create each of our services the clients have requested (slide 4) and complete all the information within that service (slides 5 and 6). When the clients then log into the site they can see each of the projects they currently have underway (slide 4) and can then click through to each project to see all the information and notes (slides 5 and 6). They should NOT have any access to change or add to any of the information. The most important section would be the notes as they will be updated EVERY time something happens on the file and so this could get quite large. We would like the most recent notes at the top in order to help the clients in reading the page. When our admin person logs in, they also need to be able to overview and sort through all the existing clients (slide 2). When a deal is complete they will need to take a copy of ALL information and notes (slides 5 and 6 - preferably a PDF if possible) and then delete the projects and users. As this web page will hold personal information, SECURITY is very important. The web page will need log out buttons as well as an automatic log out should the web page be closed (or time out etc). We have created our current website using wordpress and IF possible I would like to have this added onto the current website (i.e [login to view URL]) however if this is not possible and new domains need to be created this is ok also.
