360447 Advanced Programmer Needed

Advanced Programmer & Designer We are looking for an advanced programmer with some design experience. We require a designer to build us an online system as per our specs provided (although further detail may still need to be discussed). The system will require multiple separate backend's/admins each with its own functionality. If also have more jobs available that maybe offered to the programmer if work and price is excellent. The most important parts of all or projects are:Security, Reliability, Functionality, and Ease of Use (needs to simple enough that an 11 year old can use the system) We are happy to hire the programmer by the job or by the month. Please state how you are bidding. The Project – Further breakdown of project will be provided to winning programmer. Insure – Protect – Project Break Down Site design – The programmer must be able to design us a site using xhtml using divs and css, no tables or image text. The designer will also need to create a site logo and 5 separate css sheets (so user can select different themes) and up to 5 banners, this is a very simple job. The designs will need to be original. The site design will use two separate rows of tabs. Other design specifications will include: 1. The banner and logo will be placed in such a way that any other banner and logo can fit in that position. 2. Banners and logos to be built. 3. No inline css. 4. Multiple css files. User can choose different css files to change their theme. 5. A separate file need to be maintained to keep track of which css class is used in which page and for what. Ex: page name : [login to view URL], class : abc (for background colour),xyz(for hover colour) 6. Each panel, such as left panel or top left panel, will have a prefix in the css class for what it is being used for. Ex: top tabs will have top_tabs_abc. 7. It is best to avoid "id" and use "class" as it will help programmer to add JavaScript. 8. If any JavaScript is used please use Jquery as the site will be built on it. 9. The buttons or tabs should not be any image so that I can use the css class for creating more buttons. 10. All JavaScript needs to in external files 11. There needs to be a full list of navigation links at the bottom of the page that are text links. Site Features 1. A simple system subscription based system that allows users to store important insurance information for insurance purposes including but not limited to photos, documents, assets including makes, models, serial numbers etc and any other vital personal or insurance information online. 2. A general interface (using a simple CMS for content and images) where the general user can log in to their account and the web admin can add content etc about the services that they offer. 3. An online invoicing system and online credit card processing system that will allow us to send invoices via PDF and to accept online payments and manual payments. 4. Multiple Separate secure backend (logins required) interfaces, a separate login interface for each of the following a. The website owner b. Website Administrators c. Insurance Companies (the website admin can set this interface up to be tailored with the insurance companies logos etc) d. The general user login, where they can login in and store their insurance information. e. Affiliate Login 5. The Website Owner Interface This allows management of the whole site. a. This is for the website owner can set up new website administrators; multiple website administrators can be created or deleted. Each web admin can have their own client base to look after. b. Ability to manually set up new general user accounts c. Ability to manually set up Insurance Company user accounts (the website admin can set this interface up to be tailored with the insurance companies logos, colours, CSS etc) d. Ability to handle billing, invoicing and payments for services used e. This system is designed to self run but manual setups can happen if required. f. All user actions are logged 6. The Web Admin Interface a. This is for the website admin and can set up new website administrators; multiple website administrators can be created but NOT deleted. Each web admin can have their own client base. b. Ability to manually set up new general user accounts c. Ability to manually set up Insurance Company user accounts (the website admin can set this interface up to be tailored with the insurance companies logos, colours, CSS etc) d. Ability to handle billing, invoicing and payments for services used e. All user actions are logged. 7. Insurance Company Interface a. Has this ability to set up (or delete) manually or automatically additional users that can log in to it company interface, so if desired the company could set up a log in for each employee. b. The insurance company can see all insurance purposes of all information, photos, documents, assets including makes, models, serial numbers etc and any other vital personal or insurance information for users: c. That they currently insure d. If the user requests a quote from that company e. If one of there customers makes a claim online using the online form. f. Ability to manually set up new general user accounts for there customers, ability to send the invoice either to the insurance company or the customer. g. Ability to update details about their company. h. All user actions are logged. i. Ability to import insurance companies data and databases (and verify data) j. 8. General User Interface a. Ability to create a personal account or an account for a business/company etc. b. The user will have multiple features that they can use that will be listed under the general features section below. c. All user actions are logged. 9. Affiliate User Admin a. A system were websites can sign up to be affiliates and then maintain there payment records. 10. Desktop Software a. A basic offline version of the online general user interface.
