A PHP Script created for a computer hardware seller online. We intend on selling items, including but not limited to:
- Computer Hardware
- Fully built computers
- Custom computer cases and modding customer cases.
- Computer Repair
I understand that that is the easy part but the hard part comes in here, we offer online tech support to registered members and I need a program which can interact with the users account that tey must sign up with in order to buy something from us. The account will keep records of their previous produts that they have boughten, also any previous information that the tech support people want to add (IE: Their previous problems, their favorite color or anything else they might want to add). This is created so that when someone signs on for tech support, our tech support team can interact with the customer and make them feel more familiar and happy with the company. IE: The tech support people will say "Hello Tim, how is that new ASUS motheroard working out for you?"
When the tech support team clicks "Next" or anything like that, two screens will pop up, a real time chat window and the screen with the members information and whatnot so they can view it at a quick glance.
I want this done in the most secure way possible. We also want to accept all major credit cards and paypal if possible.
If possible I would also like to have a part of the script check to see if they are buying all the parts for a computer that they intend on building themselves, if they do have everything they need ask if they would like us to build it for them for a small fee.. and also to offer new things such as if they buy a new monitor, ask if they want to buy a new video card as well.. to kind of upsell the whole thing.
We are a very small company and are just starting out so our budget is somewhat limited, but I would like to see what people think this is going for.. so bid away.
