Virtuemart Core Change Completion

SCOPE:

- Take existing change logs and use them to finish adding Volume field to Orders in administrator and to emailed invoices. Must include Volume Total in both - just as existing does in cart.

- Edit change log to show your changes. Format exactly as the existing codes changes are now. This is very important in case another VM upgrade overwrites the changes and they need to be re-installed.
