Compile Unix app using CYGWIN

Hi, i need someone to help compile Kannel using cygwin (latest version). I've done it before one and a half year ago, after much free time researching on how "make" works and gathering the required cygwin files, but largely forgotten most of the steps by now. I'm no linux or unix user, and this time, i'm a little short of time to do this kind of research all over again. Kannel can be downloaded from <[login to view URL]>. The latest stable is v1.4.0 - this is the version which i need in EXE format for [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] (there maybe one or a few more). The compiled EXE on the website contributed by some user is the previous stable v1.2.1, unfortunately for me. I also need the corresponding files, [login to view URL], etc, and others required to run kannel in cygwin mode, and a document listing the steps to compile kannel with cygwin. I reckon it will take someone who is a frequent cygwin user no more than 1 1/2 hour, excluding downloading time, to get this done mostly, plus another few hours contingency work if required, so it's better for me to outsource this work. The assignment can only be considered completed if the compile bearbox/smsbox can load and show it's running (they appear as DOS popouts) in the previous version, and they can respond to start/stop requests via HTTP (kannel is controlled by http via different ports). ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
