287349 Ecommerce store

I have a project started in Magento, which is stuck with some Magento indexing problems. I need PHP expertise to either troubleshoot the problem and finish the project in Magento. If that is impossible, then I need you to find another way/platform to get this store up and running. I am looking for someone good, quick, and cheap! I have the latest Magento installed on my hosting server. The MySql is ready. For my first programmer Magento could not handle 3,000 products and multiple indices. Are you good enough to make it work? I need to get the store up and running - that means: 1. getting all the filters/indices ready so customers can search the catalog. 2. Working on the shipping options and shopping cart integration (PayPal Payment Pro) 3. Small stuff like newsletter, articles page, overall appearance of product pages, "Sort by options" etc. Also, I need an automated process to take the daily updated files from the vendor's ftp server (tab delimited txt) and upload them to my server so that inventory levels are accurate (we only display items in inventory) In order for your bid to be considered you must be able to show me: a)a working webstore in Magento with a catalog of at leat 2,000 items, with multiply filters and views into the catalog. (My filters look kind of like this [login to view URL]~2~3&catNumbers=1~23&visible=1~2~1&store=le&sort=Recommended&tab=1) b) You feedback that shows you do projects in the time you promise. c) You need to commit to times you are available daily for IM status chats or to respond to emails. (I am at GMT+2 & use Google Talk) If you aren't able to promise me regular communication - don't waste our time applying. (If everything is working, this will be only 5 minutes. Don't worry - I don't want to spend a lot of time "chatting".) I have two more projects immediately after this one - if we can work together well, I can promise lots of work.
