simple php "Process create" OO program

Dear Freelancers

See the mySQL table and htm files attached.

I need you to write a php OO program to convert the mySQL data into the sample htm.

The program must be flexible so that I can add, amend or delete items in the table and the program will create the htm file that reflects such changes.

The program should also cater for additional processes such that the htm generated for each process may be completely different to those generated for other processes.

The files given are a sample only so that you can see visually what the process htm output would look like for this particular data. You can review the actual process by following these steps:

1. Navigate to [url removed, login to view]

2. Register a new user for a new entity.

3. PM the registration details to me here and I will give the user you created a valid status.

4. Login with your registration details, click Policies, New policy

Please only bid if you are an experienced php OO coder and you have access to a mySQL database in which you can create the attached table. (Rename [url removed, login to view] to [url removed, login to view] and run it in your database to create the inandrias_processes table.)

Put "phpobjectexpert" in a private message to me so that I know you have read and understood these requirements. This is an easy job for a real php expert who understands OO programming. Phase 2 will require some jquery/js so please indicate if you have either or both of these skills.
