Online store to fit into a Joomla site

We need a developer to create an online store that fits into our Joomla site. The store can be run on VirualMart or another module and has specific needs: 1. We will provide you PSD-s of he shops look and feel and the implementation must be 1:1 exact design (pixel level design - if you can't do that and are not a css master please don't apply). 2. Shop needs to work and look exactly the same on IE6, IE7 and FF2. 3. Shop will support multiple currencies (USD, UK Punds, Euros) and will allow downloading the software once payment is done (e-goods). 4. Shop will be almost 1:1 like this shop: [login to view URL] Please dig in and not the different licensing options, the upgrade options, the design, the cart etc. Our shop will need to be EXACTLY the same. 5. Shop will keep and manage licenses per customers in the admin side. We are sure VirtaulMart can be used for the above but it will require modifications and customizations and good knowledge in it and in Joomla. We require an invoice for our payment, a penalty system in place for the case of not meeting the pre-agreed timelines. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
