Joomla Component - Service Request

This is for Murphy & Obrien Real Estate found here: [login to view URL] Joomla 2.5, component should be compatible with 3.x as well in case they upgrade. Front End Registered users will be able to create a "Service Request" that looks like this: [login to view URL] We will link to the service request component from the menu item. Those registered users should be able to log back in at a later date, see that request, and add other info to it to and update the request (see attached), then when the work is done they indicate that the request has been take care of and is satisfactory, then they will digital sign it as complete, and close the request. Closed requests can be viewed but not edited by the registered user. All requests should be date stamped when they are created and or edited/updated in a running history log. That history log should be visible at the bottom, and detail what got updated and by whom. When service requests are made or updated, the system should email it to a email address specified in the backend options for the component. Then within the backend of the component, administrators should be able to select other Joomla users whom are the Maintenance Crew for the Service Request. The Maintenance user should be able to log into the Front end via the same menu item, and see ALL open Service Requests, open them and make comments in the Troubleshooting and Follow Up sections (that are in the attached document), mark the request for follow up or as more action needed. Maintenance crew users should not be able to edit the fields in the original request as submitted by the Tenant. Maintenance Crew should be able to "Accept" a Maintenance Request Job. Additions or updates to the request by the Maintenance Crew users should also be date stamped and added to the History Log at the bottom of the request. Each time a Maintenance user updates the request, it should email the specified email address. Admin users from the front end should be able to see all Service Requests, with the ability to "Re-Open" closed service requests, which triggers a date stamp and reason added to the History Log. There should be a way to search and sort the service requests list in the front end both by Address, Tenant Name, and Maintenance Person/User. The list should also show the "Assigned Maintenance" user for the request in the list. All date stamps History Logs once submitted are non editable. The final product should be delivered via a Joomla supported installer zip file, with version support for future updates to the code.
