AngularJS, Firebase Coder - Real Time News Aggregator - Potential Co-Founder Role

We run [login to view URL] a popular Startup site, during the last 18 months we realised that news is a largely duplicated rehashed medium. All the major sites reprint the same stories often with very little change, so essentially you could be reading the same story from 20 different news sites with little value add from any of them. News and media is very fragmented. Most of us get our news and reading from 5-10 different sources, in my case a number of sites I visit regularly, both locally and international, Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin. Its common to find that people who like to read news and topics of interest are commonly jumping from site to site or social network to social network or using special tools or Apps such as Feedly or Flipboard. I love reading and finding new content but most of the Apps I tried either weren't efficient at content discovery, didn't provide content in real time, provided slow cont or duplicated the same stories. So we designed Summarific. You can see the beta App here [login to view URL] (note you will need to log in) Summarific crawls 1000s of sites numerous times an hour to find new news and articles and provides a dashboard of all the stories, topics and locations you are interested in. It reads each story and provides a concise summary of the story and a link to the original article, it allows you to read 100s of stories in a really short time and then click through only to the ones you want to read in depth. Its a very efficient way to read lots of content. We have been working on Summarific for a few months now and most of the core code is working, it aggregates numerous feeds and updates clients in real time and is pulling hundreds of summaries a day. Unfortunately our existing freelancer has a problem with his day job and is unable to continue in the time frame we need. We need to put polish on it, few minor code changes and upgrades and lots of beautifying. So we need an AngularJS, Node.JS, Firebase & Bootstrap coder to complete some of the core and get it ready for launch. Some core features still need to be implemented including - Social User Sharing and real time chat - Story Grouping (ie grouping the duplicated stories or topics) - Feed discovery and crawling - Real time search - Bootstrap & CSS formatting We want to find someone who is ideally from India, China or Vietnam with a lower hourly rate. We have funding for ongoing work over the coming months and look forward to finding someone who can become the core team member and hopefully a co-founder. We own [login to view URL] which has about 10,000 visitors per month which we will use to test visitors and get seed traffic to bootstrap the traffic for the app. We require the developer to make daily updates to us via Slack and daily commits to Github, we want a branch and master arrangement, we will set up a dev domain so we can test before pushing to live domain.
