This section is for tenants
The process is as follows
1 - A landlord sends a form from our page which has the following fields:
Use the following form required fields to run a credit check against the user:

Use the Quick Post page design from our site
2 - The tenant fills in the form which is to apply for property / occupancy - submits info to TPN
3 - Once it is submitted the values are stored in a database and the user is emailed
4 - This form is sent to TPN (check the API details) for a credit check
5 - On return of the form the success or failure is sent back to the landlord as notification
6 - The landlord can then decide based on response from TPN site
7 - The Landlord can send a notification of success or failure to the applying tenant
8 - A template agreement is populated with the person’s details.

Integration with our Wufoo forms account should be created for this item
The tenant has the ability to request a service request/work order form such as the following default or other items:
Report problem
Request Keys
These details should be inserted into a backend database for use of on our service
Allow the tenant to complete the following actions:
Register on the site as a tenant using our current registration form located at: [url removed, login to view]
Having an extra option to register as a tenant
Update Login Page to allow tenants to have different Logins
On the tenant login screen:
A toned down version of what is currently displayed with no properties
Allow a user to log a call
An email is then sent to the requestor or work order person
