PHP/MySQL/Mod_rewrite Dating Directory Site

I need a Dating Directory site programmed in PHP/MySQL with mod_rewrite so that it is very search engine friendly. The site will be very similar to this site as far as content goes: <[login to view URL]> The graphics and overall design of the site will be provided to you (they are being done by a graphic designer). There are categories and subcategories. Then there are the listings themselves which consist of the name, url, and description. Each listing may be in multiple categories. There will be a submission form like this one used to submit new site listings: <[login to view URL]> One like this to submit articles: <[login to view URL]> One like this to submit events: <[login to view URL]> There will also be an admin panel. In the admin panel you can add/edit/delete categories, subcategories, and the resources themselves. When a user submits a resource it will await administrator approval before being listed on the site. It will be approved within the admin panel. A very important part of this site is that the urls much be search engine friendly using mod_rewrite. For example: <[login to view URL]> This would be an example of the url for the subcategory Florida under the main category of US Regions. Also, I would like a spot in the admin panel where I can add/edit the titles of each page on the site. I am looking for someone who knows PHP/MySQL and mod_rewrite very well and has a lot of experience with all of these. Getting the project completed on time is very important. Please give an estimated completion date with your bid. If you finish the project before the estimated completion date you will get a 5% bonus (up to 20%) for each day that it is done before the originally estimated completion date. If the project is finished late 5% will be deducted for each day it is late past the estimated date of completion up to 20%. If the project is done well, I have many more projects for you in the future. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Will run on Apache Linux Web Server.
