517932 MySQL Database Creation

A current project that we are doing requires coding to be doing using MySQL via various open source programs. Let me explain. We have an open source CRM called VTiger. We would like to fully utilize is functions as well as connect its MySQL database with other open source programs i.e. email marketing software, sms gateway software, etc. We offer services via many companies and mediums: IT Company, Real Estate, Marketing, and Entertainment. Using Vtiger as the house CRM it will house all user/clients respective of the industry it is associated with. Project 1 - Database Organizer The VTiger database would need to be setup to: 1. Identify what user is related to which company via a “field”. 2. That identifier within the MySQL database would need to be related to that same identifier within the relative open source software's MySQL database. This will be used to make efficient queries of clients correspondent to the service requested. In addition capture the data via each website, respective of service, through an information capture api that would be placed on each website; capture a "potential" customers information, place it within the CRM and then have it correspond within its respective requested service (email marketing, sms marketing, etc) through the “identifier”. This is the general scope of the services that we would need to have done. Within the programming would entail the use of our servers, as we house everything already, as well as working with various open source programs. The end result would be a systematic and efficient way of a user requesting the service and it being serviced with the company capturing all requested information needed to execute that service while associating that user with all relative database fields to offer cross marketing options. A compiler would need to be developed that can create queries of user/clients needs based on demographics of user/client and service them based on service available
