Need Full Time Developer with Mobile and Web Experience

HI All, I need to hire a full time mobile/web developer. The ideal candidate must meet the following requirements: 1. Able to work and be available during U.S. business hours (8am to 5pm) Monday - Friday 2. Solid experience developing web applications with PHP and MySQL and/or PostgreSQL (.Net a plus) 3. Experience developing for Android and iPhone Platforms. (Java and Objective C) 4. Excellent Communication skills (English) 5. Demonstrate good coding practices (OOP and goo ddocumentation) 6. Experience designing databases a big plus 7. Willing to video conference with me at least once a day 8. Willing to use a Project Management System to track all work done and time spent What will you be doing? We have a number of projects in progress and new ones coming in all the time. We have a small network of freelance developers helping to develop these projects. We will need you to: 1. Help our current developer network with current projects 2. Familiarize yourself with our main projects and the code behind them 3. Help us create realistic time and cost estimates for future projects 4. Provide support for current and future projects 5.
