Need a very professional Web Designer / Web Site Builder

I currently have www (dot) ebay tools (dot) net/2/ebay . I would like someone to turn this into a professional website. The website should have a textbox where a user can enter a query and have the options (in order): search on ebay with ajax (this will be and should stand out as the main feature of the site) search on [url removed, login to view] view seller feedback terapeak item research find misspelled auctions search on ebay with ajax -> should search on the current website view seller feedback -> should search on http://www (dot) ebay tools (dot) net/ebayfeedback/[url removed, login to view] terapeak item research-> should search using [url removed, login to view] and display results in a frame on the same website. find misspelled auctions -> can use any website that does this (like [url removed, login to view]) and then search items on ebay. There should also be links to other useful ebay tools in a frame: [url removed, login to view] fee calculator [url removed, login to view] auction sniping [url removed, login to view] top seller list There should be a forum. I dont care which one, just as long as it can prevent spam posts. Id like this to be a website that people would use and find useful and it should have everything working. More details about things will be given later. This website should look very complete professional, please tell me how you will accomplish this. I have been working on different parts of this site for a while to get them working well and I would really like someone that knows what they are doing and has made great looking professional functional websites before.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
