Some of the tasks that need to be accomplished by this programmer... Locate websites and email them if their website visitors are in our targeted spectrum like web hosting Locate anywhere such as search engines, and email search engine webmasters etc.. to see if they want to join our affiliate program etc. Answer emails and chat with new affiliates and help them promote our website and also set them up Arrange CANSPAM compliant mail promotions with advertisers and our programmer who has to set them up. Manage designers to create new advertisements, create new advertisements. SEO, advise and implement content. E-mail marketing. E-mail opt-in safelists. Search engine traffic. I can pay the bid on a MONTHLY basis if you so choose to take on this task. The affiliate program is setup already and I only need a manager and promoter. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
