Potential Workflow System

1, client views a calendar online with all available slots…. a system which can have an ical sync back to my computers and iPhone etc… much like what I already use - on my website booking page currently I have 6 different booking options for my sessions, and 3 for studio hire… 2. they book a slot and pay a deposit via paypal, at this time they create their unique client details and username and password, also data capture of all the details I need which get filled into a client database, it also tracks payments made, sessions booked etc…they get an email verification 72 hrs before the shoot they get a reminder with tips and what to bring, and directions… 3. I do the shoot, and upload high res jpegs to an online system, under their client details they created in a gallery or folder called all images, the client then logs in to their client profile and views the images, uploads will be in colour but a button to convert to a b&w preview available, I would like them to be able to download any of these images, but only at a low res version, say 600px at short edge, 72dpi or similar 4. They then order from this gallery via a paypal payment retouches or high resolution files, my retoucher gets an email verification about the order, downloads necessary files from the system and retouches them, then creates 2 new folders to store High Res Retouched Images and Low Res Retouched Images, where the client can download the original file sizes…I will also need to allocate to each client depending upon the booking they make a certain amount of free retouches… normally 4 or 2 5. My Retoucher then notifies the client that the retouches have been placed in their ‘portal’ where they can then download the finished files… ----------------- Before Awarding this project to someone !
