Build a 3 Page Website for Signup Form

Need a Small Website for Signup:-

1. Page 1 :-

User selects the Country of their residence. It will be nice to have a world map here too.

Based on the country chosen above, the user gets options to signup. There should be a backend section where we can specify options available by the country. Default will be our website and if there are any other options specified for that country, they should be shown that instead of ours.

2. Signup Page : Divided into two types(Basically Different fields):-

1. Verified

2. Non Verified

So overall a 3 page front end with a back end for option feeding based on the country.

We need it quickly and it should look good.
