Web Designer/Web Master Needed for Shopping cart site

We need a graphic designer/web master for our site. Your bid is for a contract of 1 month. For the whole month you will undertake any combination of the following tasks 1. Design and redevelop some of the graphics for our site 2. Design banners, special offer graphics 3. Design a template for our product listing 4. Upload the products specified by us. You will be asked to work 42 hours a week where you will be entirely responsibility of running our site. Your inital bid is for 1 month contract should everything go well we will extend the contract in three months period. Payment for this and the extended contracts will be paid strictly through rent a coder escrow service. If you are small company who can hire out an employee for a month you are welcome to place a bid. The choosen individual must access to a PC and internet through his own means. Look forward to hearing from you ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform HTML, Web Design , Graphic design
