NEED BASIC ADULT DOMAIN SALES WEBSITE BUILT

Hello I need a site built to sell adult domain names. I would like to sell these domains with a shoping cart feature for each listing. I have four domain names which I want to point to their own home page and then be integrated into the same site. 1) I want the ability to place adds with a small thumbnail pic. and small description for each domain name. click to view larger listing. click to purchase, with multiple payment options. 2) The ability for people to view in shoping cart style or just a simple list with names and price. where names are a hyperlink to the listing. 3) People should be able to view by catagories if they want or use a search box feature or all listings or by price. 4) I want the ability to place banners at the bottom of the pages through admin page. 5) A links page which can be updated from the admin section. 6)Articles section with a featured article on the home page controled by admin section. 7)A start your own adult web site resource page with links and some digital media and e-books for sale for imediate download. 8)A section for complete adult web sites for sale. 9)I would like some animation, slideshow pics, and flash to make site more appealing. 10)A link to be able to set up an escrow account through outside company for purchases over __$ . 11)Contact us/email us link for people to contact us. 12)An about us page 13)A FAQ page 14)Everything should be able to be updated and changed via the admin page. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Linux or open to what ever you think is best for this project.
