Flash Template Modification / Contract Work

I am looking for a graphics designer to work with me on contract as part of my development team. This would not be an exclusive contract; however I am in need of a good graphics designer to hire when projects of my own require graphic work. Winning designer should be willing to work with me in the future outside of the RAC site. US based designer is preferred. I am offering 30% of net profit per project worked on for payment. Designer should also be willing to occasionally perform work for internal needs at little or no charge. Consider this project a test run. **Test Run Project: *I need a graphics designer to modify a flash header for my website. I have taken care of all of the text changes I need. I need the company logo to be replaced with my own. I still want the logo to have its current 'effects', just replaced with my own logo. The current SWF file is attached for potential bidders to get an idea of what is entailed inside the flash.*** Successful bidders should include references to their portfolio. Winning bidder will show a well versed background in Flash, General Graphics (such as logo modification and design), and website design. Web development (ASP/ASP.Net, PHP, etc) a plus but not required. Feel free to contact me with any questions! (.FLA source and compiled .SWF file) 2) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
