I am looking for someone to help design and program a "self-assessment tool" in Flash whereby visitors to a website will provide personal answers to a series of 8 self-assessment factors to help them determine whether or not taking on a loan makes sense for them. The end result will be a summary report (printable too) with an overall "score" showing the factors that make them a good or not-so-good candidate for the loan. The 8 "factors" are not yes/no type questions but, instead, involve personal judgements that might be visually represented by a color gradient sliding scale (e.g. 1-10) or similar technique. I would need the ability to edit text and would like programming to include two additioanl factors (total 10) "for future use". A polished, professional-looking product is very important and I am hopeful of finding someone who has done similar projects and can suggest layout ideas (single page vs multi-page), etc. I am very interested in seeing examples of projects done by bidders. This is one example of the type of tool I am envisioning: [url removed, login to view] Finally, I am assuming Flash is best option for this project. However, I am open to other possibilities. Thanks!
