Software question

I have video camera canon DC210 camcorder and I use mini DVD- RW [login to view URL] There are 2 options for recording the first one Record without finalize so you can use the DVD-RW many times, then you connected by cable to TV Watching your video The second option is when you finalize the DVD so just one time record then you cannot use it Again but it work in any DVD player or computers. Now I have record without finalize the DVD and I want copy this files to my computer hard drive So I can edit the video or convert it the problem is when I insert the DVD there is nothing shown Just empty no files or folders but in my video camera its working good I am trying to find any software can read this type of files I didn’t found. When I contact canon there is no software for this camera. In one day there is guy he put my DVD-RW in DELL laptop with windows VISTA and they show the Files but cannot play it the type of files was (VOR)he try with HP laptop with windows VISTA its working good and play the DVD with the hp quickplayer but cannot convert it just player I try to install this software in my desk top computer it is just for the HP computers with windows VISTA only Now can anyone help me to find any software can read this type of files (VOR) and convert it to avi, mpeg, or other type format so I can edit my movie files and use my DVD-RW again?
