Description: REPOST OF FORMER BID REQUEST (with some adjustments). I would like to set up a website which need to include the following scripts:
- Links database (either CGI or PHP). It must be possible for outsiders to add their link (which needs to be approved by me) to a specific category (outsiders not capable of adding a new category theirselves). The links database must be divided in divers categories and subcategories (like is done with hotlinks pro - Mr CQI Guy ) . A linkchecker to see that a link is still online (valid) must be provided too.
- a login option for shelters where they can post their rescued rabbits (incl. pictures - size limited). These pictures (incl. name of pet, age + link to shelter) must be randomly shown throughout the website (on rightside of window): 5 pictures per page. Everytime someone changes page, these pictures should change to. Randomly picking out of the database. Example site using this same feature: [url removed, login to view]
- A search database feature where peole can search for female/male, age, country, province/state and then list of all rabbits available show up (incl. picture + link to shelter)
- a form where people can upload their story about their pet from the animal shelter incl. picture (size-limited), which after approval by me, will be posted on the website (via weblog). Announcement of new story should be available on home page.
The site will be hosted by ipowerweb, so check out their hosting package (3 mysql, php provided). I myself work on an iMac (golive 6) and it would be great if I could alter the website when I feel the need to (not the programming part though)
I posted this request before but the programmer/designer (not via rent-a-coder) is not able to finish of my project.
You will be responsible for the programming part. Via another forum I will go ' hunting' for a template (will take about 2 weeks or so or even more). I need your guidance into which lay-out would fit your programming. (to be discussed with the coder chosen).

## **Deliverables**
**1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables):
a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
