Modifications to PHP Web Gallery

I need someone very familiar with PHP Web Gallery or Gallery 2 <[login to view URL]> <[login to view URL]> I have had phpwebgallery installed and I am very happy with it, i have also used gallery 2 in the past and didnt mind it either. but i need some modifications done to php web gallery rather urgently, I need some view customisation done, where there is a small space between the picture and comments right now the comments are right under the picture and i dont think that looks very good. I would also like to fix the size of the page so that it stays at a specific height of a nomral monitor, and if there is nothing else on the screen the footer doesnt go up to the header. but if there is more on the screen then can fit on the size of the page, then the footer is extended downward. Finally I would like a menu bar on every single page of the program, right now it only appears on some pages. Currently the menu is a hard blue, I would also like to if possible use a softer more transparrent blue not much more transperent but just so it looks modern and funky. If you are not familiar with either of these programs and dont know how to do this, please dont apply because if it doesnt end up working i lose time. I need this to work urgently and the faster you can do all this the more likely i will use your services. If you would like to get an extremely great rating you could also be very generous and get RSS working on the gallery for me. but this is not essential :) ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
